Problems with BSA unpacker

Postby Winterhawk99 » Tue Jun 12, 2012 1:24 am

Howdy all. I was wanting to work a bit on textures so I downloaded a BSA unpacker. The packer works with one exception. I can only download 1 file at a time. and get this message when i try to extract more than one file from the BSA. I was wondering if anyone can explain the problem.

here is the message:

Unhandled Exception has occurred in your application, if you click continue, the
application will ignore this error etc....

Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Can't really help you much with this.

You are on Win7 and I have xp. The BSAUnpacker only works on Win7 I think or at least Vista neither of which I have.

You may need to update your various ms library files like .net etc, java itself, or have setup the bsaunpacker to have higher privs.
