While he's in town and has some downtime, Khzuro does try to check to see if anything new is going on with Haruki. He asks around and find she is being courted by a young tailor in the merchant district. Since he has some time before the emperor will see him, he searches for her there. And then the imperial quarter when she isn’t in that district. Drasta tags along with nothing to do at the time.

Khzuro finds her. He notices Kyo sent a younger besshikime to watch over her while the group was away. He approaches waving. She drops her things, comes rushing over and hugs him. The besshikime is not amused, is a bit shaken and wondering what to do. Drasta puts a hand up to the besshikime who looks concerned. The besshikime is Masa. Drasta gives her a nod of respect.

Khzuro says, “It's good to see you well Haruki.” He just holds the hug with her for now, though he does try to gage how she’s holding up.

She laughs. “I did meet someone. His name is Arata, and he makes clothes and hats.” Masa nods to Drasta and keeps back a bit always searching for threat.

“Oh! He’s nice, I hope.” Khzuro replies.

“He's very nice. yes. He brings me new dresses and even flowers sometimes.”

Drasta chuckles, “He best be or Khzuro will have a meeting with his face.”

“He's almost afraid to touch me or hold my hand. He thinks I might shatter like a porcelain doll.” Haruki smiles.

"It's nice that he's considerate." Khzuro nods.

She nods, “Sometimes I cook for him. He loves it. And he hasn't hit me or insisted on bedding me once!”

Drasta half-smiles at that. “It seems you found a good man.”

Khzuro smiles too, letting her speak. Though partly wonders what happened with Nori, but he doesn't press that matter, instead letting Haruki go at her own pace. Masa comments, "He is young but talented and poor. He wants to work for it though. Insists that if there is a dowry that she keep it and run the household."

“Perhaps at times wealth is not only from coin but many things. One could find much wealth in love and companionship rather than gold and useless items.” Drasta intones.

Haruki lets go of him. "We won’t need to worry. I won’t tell him how much I own. I'll sell the land to lord Shinto and the stock. We'll be able to live comfortably if I watch the coin. Even by a house in the upper district but not for a time. I'll make him think he earned it. as his business blooms."

Drasta smiles at that. “Perhaps he could even be the new tailor in time to the family.”

"That... sounds quite clever. But if it makes you happy, then I'm glad." Khzuro adds.

Haruki smiles. “"It's much like shogi. If you plan well, you'll do ok."

Khzuro nods to her. “I see…”

“I want to thank you Khzuro. You pulled me out of darkness. You are always welcome in our home.
It won’t be what you are use too. much smaller but it’s your home too.”

"Thank you, the offer is appreciated. I'm just glad you've found peace."

She puts her forehead against Khzuro’s in an unladylike manner. She then kisses his cheek and rubs his head. Drasta thinks to herself, ‘Please don’t lick her face.’

Khzuro squeaks happily Doesn't seem to mind, if it makes Haruki happy.

Haruki says. "I'm not sure when he will invite me to the matchmaker but maybe soon. You are all invited when we do."

“Oh, I’d be honored.” Khzuro smiles.

Drasta gives a gentle nod, “Of course. Your sister will be happy to hear of this.”

She looks down a moment, "Tell her............I'm sorry.... I'm so sorry about what we did to her."

Drasta again nods, “I believe she will understand in her own way.”

Haruki gets a hold of herself. “I have to go. have an appointment. I'll send a letter to your Shogun on my address when I find a good place, and all is done."

"Oh, alright Haruki. Eight million be with you, and, glad to see you're doing well." Khzuro gives another smile to her.

Drasta gives her and Masa a polite bow. She turns to Khzuro, “Our meeting should be soon.” Haruki hugs Khzuro one more time. She gathers herself up and leaves.

A letter comes back to the inn at the beginning of the third day. The group as a special appointment with the emperor at 7pm in the imperial hall. It mentions a long list of rules including weapon rules. Which they already know from previous appointments in the palace. Khzuro goes to get the group ready and make sure they'll be there on time. Samo is there. He manages to chase everyone down now that he can run. Haru was also at the inn. She immediately gets ready then goes into Drasta's room.

Haru looks her over. "Keep it up. No weapons. I mean it Drasta."

“Of course.”

Everyone one gathers and you go to the palace. The samurai guard check everyone at the door. They nearly strip search both Haru and Drasta. One of them looks at Samo. "What is the boy doing here?"

Samo is about to stomp up and challenge the other when Haru holds him back. "That is our Samurai. Until a few days ago he was the 38-year-old head of the Barasume guard. Foul Chronomancy struck him down and turned him into a boy again."

The guard looks suspiciously at all of them, "Right!"

Samo steps up. "A Wakizashi, please?"

Khzuro gets a bit miffed. “Regardless we do have an appointment, and he is included."

The samurai laughs and gives him what he wants. Samo backs up and places the short sword in its proper place then sets stance and goes through a complex iaido kata drawing the sword and performing.
The Samurai blinks and considers Khzuro's words. "He may enter." Samo sheaths the sword. properly takes it off him but instead of giving it to the samurai with two hands, he holds it in one hand and shoves it into the man’s belly.

Drasta smirks. The samurai takes it and harshly looks at Samo. "Skill with the sword exceptional. Etiquette Fail rather poorly." Samo grunts and walks past.

Khzuro comments, “Offer him some.... um, not alcohol anymore but some other nice drink and he'll show perfect etiquette, I'm sure." Haru snorts at that trying to keep a smile off her face.

Everyone walks up. There are too many mats on the floor. As they kneel Khzuro is front and center while the others are stationed around him. Samo to his right and Haru to his left, Drasta behind Haru. The men to the right and the women to the left.

10 Guard come into the room then five mages. The emperor arrives with two wives, Furi in armor with weapons and 6 Besshikime. Honorifics are adhered too, and the emperor and his entourage sit He and consorts on chairs. Besshikime behind. Furi knees to the side and the mages surrounding.

The group all kneel as appropriate for the etiquette. Two mats are empty. Servants take them away and leave the room. The emperor looks at Khzuro. "Your group is back. There are three missing and who is this boy?"

"The boy is Samo. He was affected by our foe's Chronomancy magic during the final battle. He has... physically aged back in time." The emperor looks at one of the mages who stands and goes down to Samo to examine him. The emperor watches. Khzuro makes no comment about his physical body now matching his mental age.

The mage said, "The body was affected by some form of strange magic, my emperor. I would say there is truth to what the Kami says." The emperor nods and the mage goes back to his place and kneels.

He studies the group one more time. "You were successful in this important mission?"

"We were. I am afraid, however, that Ogano fell in battle."

"The other missing person? The priestess of the god Tora?"

"She is alive, but... she had to remain behind."

“So, this demon. It is gone? The crystals and chronomancy no more threat?”

"The demon is defeated and gone. So are the crystals and the forbidden magic from this realm. It is possible the demon could return but this one expects that with what they were looking for gone from this realm, they will not return to cause trouble with this, at least."

“How did you accomplish such a great task?”

"By chance, we ended up contacting one of the Archmage's teachers. Another archmage. We were able to enlist her aid in the matter, and she shunted Archmage Sithmore's vault into another plane. One which will not be easily accessed. While the demon attempted to interfere, we stopped it and bested it and its forces in battle."

Katsu stands and bows. “Emperor Hojo. I have made a full report while we awaited audience." The emperor nods and looks at another mage. He stands and comes down to the group. Katsu hands it to him. He takes it and goes back to his place.

The emperor then looks again at Khzuro. "What proof have you brought to prove this report?"

Khzuro considers, it's fair that the emperor might not take his word alone at this. "If you're looking for physical evidence, well, Samo's condition would likely count, he was there at the final battle."

Shin stands and bows. "May I speak emperor Hojo?"

Todhira's eyes turn to Shin, "You may."

Shin stands up. "The mage in question was both a Chronomancer and engineer. I have several blueprints here. This would be proof?"

The emperor nods, "That will help greatly as proof."

Samo also asks to stand. The emperor takes more time on him but nods. He stands. "I have a single coin. Anyone that takes possession of it will age some time.... I think a year. It should have the mark of her magic on it."

The emperor looks at two mages that come down and take the items. When they go back to their places the emperor says, “We shall take a one-hour recess to examine these items and will return.” He gets up and all the mages exit a side door with him the consorts and guard stay. Khzuro looks to Samo, surprised he still had that coin.

He looks back. “She said you could take one think. I kept the coin to remember my mistake.” The kobold nods to him.

The head consort says, "You may all stand and relax while we wait."

The second consort stands and comes down. She goes to Khzuro. "You are the Kami that I have heard so much about wandering the southern clans?"

He looks up at the consort. “"Oh um... probably." Drasta stretches but remains sitting but more relaxed watching the exchanges.

She asks, “May I?”

"Oh um.... sure...?" "Oh certainly!" and eagerly awaits the head pats.

She reaches out with her hand and rubs Khzuro’s head while thinking. The first consort shakes her head and mutters something about southern superstitions. When she is done, she looks up to the ceiling dreamily, turns around and goes back to her seat. Khzuro purrs happily and eagerly accepts the head pats. Just stays there and waits while subjected to head rubs.

After a few moments the first consort focuses on Samo. She calls Furi over to her and they whisper to each other. Samo mutters to himself in a hushed voice, "Ah shit! female conspiracy is already in the air."

Khzuro looks over, blinking confusedly. Drasta smirks towards Samo, “Perhaps they are debating on giving you another round of training.”

He sides eyes her. "They're most likely conspiring to get me hitched. I managed to avoid that so far..."

“Ahh yes, there is that option at well.” Khzuro raises an eye ridge.”

Masako looks at Samo. Gets an evil look in her eyes and shouts out to the front, "His war name is Dancing Bear. I wonder what dance he is best at."

Samo Mutters, "Damn it Masako, you’re not helping."

Masako smiles, "Oh but I am." Furi smiles and whispers more to the consort. Drasta gently chuckles, listening to understand what they are saying and watching them. She does pick up on it and they are indeed talking about Samo and potential mates of hem when he comes of age at 14 or 15 thus having an advantage and/or a liaison closer to the heart of the Barasume clan.

She looks at Samo. “Ah yes it seems you have a few years before you are married off.” She gives him a small smile and light chuckle

Samo holds his face but says, "This is why I hate all these courts. always intrigue." Khzuro blinks but keeps quiet. Furi breaks off and goes back into position. In a short time. The emperor comes back. Honorifics are conducted and he sits.

Khzuro goes back to the formal kneeling. awaiting head pats position.

The emperor then stands. "As far as this court can determine none have lied here and you have brought back sufficient proof that your mission was a success. I thank each and every one of you for your participation and your courage has not gone unnoticed. Men Stand and kneel in front."

Khzuro is not sure he counts, but he does as ordered. The rest go with him. Samo takes the left position then Khzuro, Katsue, Iwao then Shin. The emperor stands in front of Samo and gives him a badge made of silver thread with the imperial mon on it. He places it in his hands. "This badge signifies to all that you are a friend of the emperor and may travel all the lands of the country without harassment or tax." He goes down the line placing a mon badge in each of your hands. He finishes giving a badge to Shin. "You may go back to your places."

The emperor looks out, "Ladies, please come up front." They take their places. Haru. Then Aiami, Drasta the Masako. He brings out a silver comb with the imperial mon on it and secures it himself into Haru's hair. "This Comb signifies you are a friend of the emperor and may travel all the lands of the country without harassment or tax." He then goes down the line securing the combs in each woman's hair.
Once done he says, "You may go back to your mats."

The emperor keeps standing. "You all have the people's gratitude. Make sure you stay at the inn before going to your homes. Be at peace courageous agents of Kozakura. You are dismissed."

Khzuro rises, bows again, then prepares to leave with the group. They all leave. When they come back to the inn there is a note on the door. It says, “We are closed.” The companions see that although what the note says there are people inside. They seem to be waiting.

Re: The Kozakura Campaign

Drasta stops dead in her tracks. “Now that is odd.”

Khzuro surmises looking around. “Wonder if it's reserved for us..." It does look like they are waiting for something. The talk is muted so no one can hear them.

“I believe that was the idea of what the emperor said.” Drasta speculates.

Khzuro knocks on the door. Furi is the one who opens the door. There is a massive table in the center of the room. There are high priced geisha there along with some young men and a bunch of dwarves. (Shin's family.) There’s also a bunch of presents at the far end of the table. 6 young girls ranging from 12 to 15 years old there all waiting and immediately key in on the young lord. Samo tries to turn around and walk whistling back down the stairs.

Drasta grabs him and drags him in with them. “This is not fair! I’ll remember this, Drasta.” He barks out. She shrugs.

Khzuro looks over at the commotion. “"Is uh, there anything wrong with having him...?" He then snickers. "Think it's best to let him have some fun. He's got a lot of growing up to do after all. Again."

Samo sighs and gives up. “I can’t believe this.”

Drasta laughs, “When you grow up, we will talk about this day and laugh.”

Samo says, "that hurts even more Khzuro."

“Oh, sorry.” Khzuro looks up at the ceiling. "Um... let him have this night though, Drasta?"

She let's go of Samo. “Alright.”

There are plenty of places and room to talk and mingle. Shins family surrounds him and as all dwarves even eastern ones like to celebrate ale is poured and a rousing song begins. The geisha surround men and women alike. Some dance. Some play instruments softly. Furi walks up to Khzuro, "So you acutely herded all those cats and got them to work together. Congratulations."

He chuckles giving her a nod, “Oh indeed. Oh indeed." A heavy sigh

Drasta finds a quiet seat and takes a drink sipping it. The geisha find Drasta and try to start a conversation. The one person they pay no attention too is Samo. The young girls descend upon him like a ravenous pack of wolves. Furi comments. "Samo seems somehow much more handsome now." She chuckles.

"I umm... wouldn't know." Khzuro intones to her.

"How do kobolds mate if I may ask?'

"Ah..." A pause, considering how to explain past the cultural divide, then replies. "Physically probably as you'd expect. Culturally it's... impersonal. Done to increase tribe size. Eggs hatched are given to the egg-tenders. They oversee raising them until they contribute to the tribe."

"Ummm. I think the gods cursed us humans. We are driven to find mates. Sometimes lifelong, sometimes just for fun. They also cursed us to want it all the time. Which makes mating rituals complicated and societal. Each has its traditions because of the great drive we have.

"Have noticed. Seems like a constant cause of chaos."

Each time Drasta empties her cup, it’s filled up again by one of the two geisha attending her. Furi nods, "That is why we have so many rules." She enjoys the ale, watching and listening to Furi and Khzuro thanking every refilled cup.

One of them asks, "Tell us of your story and your grand adventure."

Khzuro chuckles to Furi, then nods, “I did wonder initially why there were so many. Seems to be an absolute mess to navigate."

Furi nods, "If you grow up Kozakuran or are from Wa its more natural. Other places have other traditions, that’s when problems really start."

“Sounds like a real mess.”

She smiles, “It can be.”

Khzuro nods to Furi, “Have noticed.”

Drasta explains to the women she is not much of a storyteller and may not be at full liberty to explain the whole of it regardless. They smile and pour her more ale.

The staff place the hot food at the table. Some of the Geisha sit down. Shin and his family take several places. The table has delicacies from all over Kozakura. Samo dives into the fugu. Possibly an easy way to commit suicide. The young girls start taking pieces and eating it with him. He sighs then smiles and puts up a good front for them. Drasta smiles at the children and treats herself to some more food.

Half-way through dinner Furi goes up to the presents at the end of the table. “The emperor wanted to give something extra special to each of you. May I have everyone’s attention please.”

Khzuro looks over. The music stops and everyone stares at her. "As I said the emperor would like to give each of you a present." Drasta looks at Furi with food in her mouth. She sighs, "Drasta please be a lady. You will have to get used to it. I don’t believe your matron would approve."

Drasta swallows her food nods and apologies. “It was sudden.”

“Alright Shin, please stand and come up you are first.” He stands and walks up to her bowing. She gives him a thin package.

He opens it and looks at it. "It's a deed."

Furi nods. "It’s a deed to a warehouse in the 1rst quarter of the imperial city. It’s three times the size of your current shop. You own it now free and clear." His family salutes him with a drink. He smiles after bowing and walks back.

Masako, please stand and come up?" She walks up to Furi. She gives Masako a small box. She opens it up to find a ring and looks up questioningly. Furi smiles. "It's a planes walkers ring. Now you can gate and study all those elemental forces in their own environments." Masako skips back to her place.

Iwao step forward. "She gives him an envelope."

He reads the letter. The emperor has requested a shrine to Fire Baby himself within the palace grounds. The head priest..................The head priest is to be me." He comes back with tears in his eyes.

Khzuro smiles at Iwao. Drasta gives a proud nod toward him.

"Aiami"

She walks up and Furi gives her an envelope. She reads it. "The horticultural section of the university will get a 250,000 endowment from the emperor and the universities gardens are to be renovated by the imperial horticulturalist under the direction of Aiami of the university of Renkyu." She walks up to Khzuro and kisses the top of his head. He squeaks happily, closing his eyes when kissed so, then looks up at her.

“Katsu”

He walks up. She gives him a letter. He reads it.

"Katsu of Renkyu is inducted into the nobility and will lead the Cabal of Renkyu. The library underneath will be expanded into a full library and 1,000 new research tomes will be added to it."
He smiles and walks back to his seat. "I’m going to have to find surname now."

“Apprentice samurai, Toysodo Samo.”

Samo stands, “I’m still a lord!”

Furi smiles, "Talk to Kyo about that." He marches up and bows... She gives him a long box.

He opens it and draws out a katana. He examines it. "8 million it’s a lost family ancestral sword! He tries to draw it but it sticks in its scabbard. He tries to pull it with all his might, and it still holds fast."

Furi Smirks, "That will be all apprentice. So, the sword says." Samo mutters while taking two steps then smiles and laughs while taking his seat.

“Khzuro”

He looks up and approaches expecting head pats. Furi looks at him. “The emperor was not sure what to get a kami that would wish. We did our best.” She gives him a large and small box.

Khzuro takes the boxes, then dips his head. “My thanks.”

She rubs his head. “I don’t believe it, but I will do it. You seem to like it Khzuro.”

Purrs happily at the head pats. Tries not to look shaken and tries to stoicly accept the head-rubbing, Everyone is watching him as he clearly enjoys the head rubs and head pats and tries to stoically accept the head-rubbing.

Shin holds up his mug. "You gonna open them Khzuro?"

“Indeed, I was wondering the same.” Drasta shouts out.

"Oh! I'm supposed to? Well, alright then." Goes to open the boxes. He opens the small box first. Inside the wrapping is a tome. Within there are 3 spells of each circle. He dips his head in thanks. He's a sorcerer and not a wizard, but maybe he'll get some use of it, anyways, large box next! Khzuro finds a suit of leather armor. +5, premonition 1x/day 20th level, Time stop 1xday 20th level, -/15 slashing resistance. He dips his head, taking it. “I’m honored, my thanks.”

Furi nods. She looks at Drasta. “Drasta's present was sent to the court of Barasume. Lord Kyo has a special ceremony he will prepare for her there.”

Drasta raises an eyebrow curiously. “If that is what the emperor wishes.

“It is.” She nods. Drasta bows slightly. Furi continues. "Our sincere apologies, Drasta but this ceremony will be the most important day of your life. We felt you should receive the emperors present under these circumstances."

The party goes on into the night. Many pass out some go to their rooms with others.

In the morning everyone gets up. Shin and Masako are at the door already waiting for the others. Several of the companions have sever hangovers. Drasta seems fine. She teases the others. Aiami mixes up some herbal concoction and downs it quickly then holds her head. Katsu looks pretty rough. Iwao is also in rough shape and smells like sex.

Samo is smiling, “Ha! For once I’m the one who’s sober.”

Drasta chuckles, “Perhaps because you are a child.”

“AAHH! Don’t remind me!”

“Well, you do have some extra years now, at least.” Khzuro chides.

"Still going to be a few years till my brain wakes up! Come on Boy Wake up...............nothing? This is frustrating."

“Only a few. It will be easy.” Drasta taunts. Khzuro raises an eye ridge. Drasta continues. “Though I could perhaps help progress this time if you wish to enter a new and mysterious land though you may come out older than you were previous.”

"No real drinking.........Nor womanizing! What am I going to do for 2 or 3 years!" Samo complains.

“Productive work.” Khzuro asks.

"................errrrr thanks, Khzuro.........." rubs his head. Samo looks to the sky and whistles.
.
Drasta smirks, “Perhaps write a book and tend to your garden with some peace?”

"I'll Ask the Lord. Kyo will figure out something he always does." Samo intones.

Khzuro purrs happily and eagerly accepts the head pats. Seems used to it, so just goes along with it "Course." Somehow Khzuro seems completely sincere.

Shin steps up. "Well, I guess this is it. I'll go to my shop, Iwao, to his temple and Masako to her studies. I'll always remember the grand adventure we had and the loss of one of my best friends. We were a courageous lot standing up to that demon who stole time."

Khzuro gives a somber nod in turn to Shin. “Be well, Shin, and thank you.”

"Aye. All of you are welcome at my shop. If you ever get back to Dojyu stop by. We'll have a drink and talk about times of old, and times new."

“Perhaps one day I shall intrigue you and we can study together.” Drasta says. He nods and hugs her. Drasta looks a bit uncomfortable but wraps an arm around him for a gentle embrace.

Iwao smiles, "Goes double for me. We can all meet at Shins new shop once it opens." He rubs Khzuro's head.

The kobold squeaks happily with receiving more head pats Closes his eyes, letting Iwao do so. "Sounds good to this one."

Shin and Iwao make their way out of the inn. Masako is the only one left. "I learned a lot. I wasn't as effective as the others, but I did my best. I thank you for having me. I need to go back to my studies now and try to organize all these notes."

Drasta looks at her. “Your best was all that was asked for.”

She nods and looks at Khzuro, "Well I guess it’s a tradition. I'm not southern but it seems to be the thing to do." She rubs Khzuro’s head too. He purrs happily, Khzuro is very happy to receive all of these head pats, it's the best a kobold could ask for. Closes his eyes, letting Masako do it, going along with it.

Drasta pulls a separate book from her bag and hands it to Masako. “Take this it is everything I know about demons and their magic.” It’s a red leatherbound tome with a symbol of Fey protection on it.

She stops and takes the book with both hands. "I graciously thank you, Drasta." Drasta nods and gives a gently bow. Masako takes a step back, recognizes the group turns and heads out the door too.

Khzuro calls out after her, “Be well, and thank you.”

Drasta adds, “Indeed.”

Samo pats his new flat belly. "Well, a good breakfast and off we go."

Khzuro nods absently while taking note of who is going back to Kyo’s court. The group is down to Khzuro, Drasta, Samo, Aiami, Katsu, and Haru.

Drasta suggest, “Yes, it will be a long enough journey without a fat belly on a child. I think you'll be hungry in only a few hours perhaps take some with you.”

Samo eats about two adult meals and takes another full meal with him. "Got to get back into shape."

"Well, you do have some time to grow and train again." Khzuro states. Samo nods while he's eating his second egg drop soup.

Drasta looks concerned. “Might be best not to rush it too much.” They all finish breakfast and find horses to buy. Samo may be young but still has plenty of coin. They are not the best of horses but will do.

After two days of riding, they are up in the mountains. Samo comments. "Why does my ass and legs hurt so badly!"

Drasta chuckles, “Your young body is no longer used to this travel. Now quit complaining like a child and deal with it.” Snickers a bit.

"Um.... I don't know...? Too bad we don't have a healer with us now..." Khzuro says.

"I know! time to go to an inn. I’m hungry anyway." Samo complains.

Khzuro shrugs, "Unfortunately my flight spell only works for myself. Sorry."

He grumbles. You move on till the first inn on the road and he stops and goes in to gorge himself more. "Riding builds up an appetite."

Drasta looks at him funny, “Did you eat all your rations already?”

“Well yea.”

She shakes her head and watches him enjoy a meal while eating her own. “And this is one reason I will not have children.”

Samo chides her between bites. "You're not fooling anyone, Drasta. You only like girls." Khzuro raises an eye ridge at them, perhaps wondering if this is normal.

Drasta chuckles, “Yes. There are other ways of having children then the natural one. A person could adopt.”

Samo responds, “Don't be looking at me like that. I'm still a lord and have my own house...........errrr at least until I get to court."

“Indeed. I apologize, young man.”

“I will protest loudly if I lose my home."

“If you do who would take care of the koi and plants? oh my.” Drasta pokes him with a bit of fun and smiles.

"This one doesn't know how much clout he has, but if you are at risk of losing your home, this one would try to rectify that." Khzuro remarks.

Samo looks up suddenly excited, “Ah! Now there’s the angle I need.”

Drasta nods to Khzuro, “I am sure we could have it taken care of until you are of age again.”

"I can take the test again in 2 more years or so..........Hey if I take the test at 12, I could be a legend like Miwa! Ha! So, few have succeeded at 12.................errr but I also kind of know what her training regiment was...............no 16 is good 16 in fine!" Samo suddenly becomes very sober.

Drasta looks at him sternly. “Yes, you do not want to go through what she did.”

After several more days and four times the normal inns they all make it to the gates of Kyo’s castle. Khzuro keeps along, trying to get as many head pats as he can get while at those inns trying to stay unobtrusive. Samo eats like a horse the whole way! And sings along the ride. It's not unpleasant but does get old.

Samo sings, Drinking songs, Songs of his ancestors, Songs of the 8 million, and songs of comradeship.
When they get into the palace gates They are immediately rushed to court, the trail dust still covers them. When Kyo sees them on his throne he immediately stops all petitions to make room for the group. They are asked to step up front. Pads are placed for the whole of the party.

They all step up front and perform honorifics. Khzuro goes to take his place, but largely just remains quiet for now. He is up front with Samo. Kyo stands. "Bear is that.............That is you what in the 8 million happen to you!?"

“I was bespelled by the demon, my lord.”

“Ogano?”

Drasta looks saddened at the mention of the mage’s name. There’s a notable frown at Khzuro’s expression as Kyo asks for Ogano. Khzuro then looks down. Samo says, “Died bravely and honorably.”

Kyo nods and turns his head to Khzuro. "Due to circumstances, I will question you."

He looks up to Kyo, but for now keeps silent, awaiting the questions to come. Though he does remember that the emperor wanted this mission, and the details kept under wraps. The shogun begins, “Kami Khzuro how did Ogano die?"

"He was killed by a spell cast by a demon we were fighting against."

"Was he instrumental in your success until his end?"

"He was."

"Then we will have a service for his soul that he may walk with the gods. I want you to write a full report on this. Can Samo be brought back?"

"I'm afraid not, we do not have the means to do so. While the magic used on him has returned him to a younger age, there should not be any further effects besides that, and he should age normally without further magical interference."

Kyo nods and sits down then calls Yoshie to him. They talk softly for several minutes before Kyo dismisses her and she goes back to her place with a bow. Drasta is able to catch part of the conversation between the two with her sharp ears. She finds out they are discussing what to do with Samo. Yoshie purposes that Haru move in and have an arranged marriage when he comes of age.

The shogun asks, “Has Samo's relative age have been determined?" Drasta arches a brow looking at Haru and Samo a bit but says nothing.

Khzuro says, “I do not believe so of yet.”

Kyo stands and comes up in front of Samo. "Stand up old friend." Khzuro looks over at Samo at that. Samo stands and Kyo takes a critical look at him. "Can’t be older than 12 or younger than 10. Still got your horse, Bear?" Samo shakes his head. Kyo says, "Stay standing." He goes back to his throne and sits.

Kyo looks at Haru, “Haru please stand.” She stands and bows. “Lord Samo will have to retake the Samurai tests. He is stripped of his title of Samurai and head of the guard but not his lordship. He will retain his home until such time as he passes the test.” Khzuro looks over to Samo to see how he reacts.

Kyo continues. “Haru will move in with him. In 4 years Haru will be married to Lord Samo. I'm going to do this now while I still have a chance to. You've avoided this way to long Lord Samo. Remember that even though Haru is a peasant I fully expect you to treat her like a lady when you do marry.”

Drasta thinks it could have been a worse person. Khzuro is just plain confused by all the mammal marriage stuff. Kyo continues. “Furthermore. Lord Samo You are to train with Hideo and be his sparring partner until the time one of you passes your testing.” Drasta almost laughs on that but retains her composure.

Both Haru and Samo bow. Haru looks a little upset, but Samo doesn’t. She kneels back down. Samo draws his wakizashi and speaks. "Now I'm going to go kick his ass!" He turns to leave but a samurai quickly intercedes and picks Samo up by the back of the collar and forces him back down on his pad."

Khzuro looks over, raising an eye ridge. Drasta only slightly smiles. Kyo puts the palm of his hand into his forehead. "Just what I thought. Your head is in the same place as your body. Haru, you have your work cut out for you. Maintain his household for him and teach him to be a man...............figuratively until you are married."

Khzuro refrains from snickering, even though everyone was probably thinking it. Kyo stops and thinks. “Now that my people are taken care of. Was your mission a success?"

Khzuro sits taller on his mat. “It was.”

"I want a full report on what everyone did and their contributions to this mission. I will declare a holiday in the city of Renkyu tomorrow. Drasta and all of you will report to court tomorrow after breakfast at 10:00 am. Haru you will make sure she is presentable." Haru stands again and bows.

Drasta places a tome in front of her and nods. Khzuro looks over to the others, perhaps a bit worried, but doesn’t say anything. Kyo says, "Tomorrow evening there will be a special dinner and dance for the adventurous group. You are dismissed until tomorrow morning."

Drasta stands and bows, leaving the book on the floor in front of her place. A servant picks it up and spirits it away.

Drasta goes back to the barracks since it’s the only place of home she has at the palace. Her room has been cleaned dusted. Everything is in its exact place that she left it except for any mess. She takes some rum and goes to Haru’s office. The head of the besshikime is sitting there just staring at all the reports.

“It is not normal, but I would like to share this with you but… I feel we have time to enjoy a little relaxation.” Khzuro walks in. The guards seem to have ignored him.

Haru takes the bottle and drinks deeply… “Married to Samo… well he is a lord but now I’m a babysitter too.”

Dasta tries a bit of levity, “It could be worse, it could have been Hideo.”

Haru loses her rum. “True enough.”

Drasta chuckles looking at Khzuro. “I know you do not understand this but .... It is too complicated to explain.” He raises an eye ridge. She looks back to Haru. “I think you’ll find some balance in this though it will be tough, I feel he is much kinder than he makes others perceive him and much more gentle.”

Khzuro adds, “He is dedicated to his duty where it counts.”

“I feel that dedication even flows into his own house.” Drasta adds.

"He’s a womanizer. Samo's had more women than Ayako for 8 millions’ sake. He drinks too much too. Well at least he’s a happy drunk." Haru intones dourly.

The other woman nods. “What he has done as a free man is what he has. I feel like you are a match to bring him down from that status. chuckles You are just as stubborn as him at times...I mean no offense Haru.” Sips her small glass and pours some for Khzuro. He sniffs it for an alcohol scent. Drasta looks him over. “Sip do not drink it quickly or we may have to pick you off the floor.”

Haru huffs, “I train teenage girls to be fighting machines and spies of course I'm stubborn. I can't let them be soft."

Khzuro mumbles, “After what... happened last time... I umm... think I'll pass."

Haru looks at him. "What’s with the licking faces anyway.............Is that how you make wishes?"

"This one hasn't done that before." Khzuro tries to say that with as straight of an expression as he can.

Drasta busts out laughing. She pushes the cup in front of Khzuro. “Lost your taste of drink?”

Haru says, "I can't drink too much. I have to wake up before dawn and make sure Drasta is ready. I expect you to bath fully before you start your face. That means hot water and use the perfumes you’re going to need them."

Drasta sighs. “Bathing alone again Haru?”

"No sex especially not tonight! You need to smell pretty tomorrow."

Drasta nods, “It seems then it is time to retire.” She looks at Khzuro. “You may sleep in my room if you can find room.”

“Oh um, Thanks.”

Just before dawn Bunka and Haru come into the room and wake Drasta up. They both escort her to the baths and make sure she takes a good one. Then they make sure she perfumes all the important parts. She goes along with the things they do watching Bunka more carefully. They escort her back to the barracks and put her in front of a mirror to do her face as a traditional noblewoman in full makeup as she is doing it, Bunka says, "Use the base on your hands all the way up to your elbows."

The elf nods, “Of course.”

Her eyes are shaded blood red, and her cheeks have red highlights. Her lashes are lengthened. Ume comes in and does all her nails also in blood red. feet included. Haru does her hair. Drasta has a light giggle as her feet are touched. The women escort her back to the main room and there is an 11-layer kimono on a stand. The rest of the besshikime are there. Haru makes her stand at attention and the rest start to dress her Drasta notices there are no weapons.

The kimono feels very heavy for her. It’s eleven separate dresses layered on top of each other. She stays quite but warm in all the layers and makeup she isn’t used to. Wondering how well the covered the giant scar on her face from the oni. She figures about as well as Miwa’s most egregious face scars. They wrap an odi around her and place a comb in her hair. Drasta starts to wonder if this is some sort of wedding ceremony she’s walking into.

They put wooden shoes in front of her feet. She places them on reluctantly because they are not extremely comfortable and looks to Haru and Khzuro for some form of "it's okay."

Khzuro raises and eye ridge but doesn’t comment. The girls nod. Bunka states, “Put your feet in those shoes they were made for you.”

Drasta nods and does so. “Seems like a lot to meet with Kyo.”

Bunka says "silence, we have to inspect you." Drasta stays still, directing her attention at Bunka.

“I think you may have missed my earrings if you do not any weapons to be in place.” Drasta states.

Both Bunka and Haru walk around her noting every detail. Bunka says, "She is presentable. even for a barbarian. Do not worry about weapons today."

Haru nods, "Ok she’s ready and just in time lets go." Drasta nods to them both in respect.

All of Barasume’s Besshikime march Drasta to the palace and before the court doors. Haru says, Khzuro and I will go in. You will wait for the Doors to open for you when the court is ready. Bunka first and you three steps behind."

“Of course, Haru.” Khzuro nods, though waits for a quiet moment to ask someone what's going on.

Haru helps Khzuro inside court. It is the full court. He sees Ibexes'czar in an honored spot just behind the nobles. Haru leads the kobold to the front with the nobles and shows him an empty pad on the men's side. Then she goes to her spot. He does as directed.

The doors open and Bunka starts to walk to the pad in front. She stops behind it and bows. Drasta follows behind her a bit, back eyeing the area carefully. Kyo stands and recognizes her then sits down. Bunka remains standing. Kyo says, "General mistress of women. Has Drasta Rash’dalin completed all training?"

“Yes, my Shogun.”

"Has Drasta Rash'dalin met all tasks with honor and courage."

Bunka hesitates for just a second, "Yes, My Shogun."

"Has Drasta Rash'dalin gained the respect of the women of the clan?"

"She has my Shogun."

"That will be all." Bunka moves to the side and walks to her place. Drasta is left alone.

Drasta stays still, wondering what is happening while watching and not moving her face to the surrounding. Kyo stares at Drasta. She locks her eyes on him. He waits. She gives a deep bow to him. He stands up and recognizes her. “You can kneel on the pad now.”

Drasta is very careful not to ruin the makeup but has a bit of a problem kneeling. She finally figures it out and does so. Several of the women protecting the consorts faces go flush with embarrassment. but Kyo doesn’t miss a beat. "Drasta Rash'dalin do you swear to guard your matron Barasume Miwa until her death?"

Drasta responds, “We do not meet death in our battlefield when we fight together. She will be under that protection.”

Kyo purses his lips. and looks at Haru. Haru quickly walks to you and whispers. "The proper answer is Yes, My Shogun."

Drasta quietly nods and says the words. Drasta Rash'dalin do you swear to uphold all tenants of the Besshikime code of honor until your death?"

She nods and agrees, “Indeed… Apologies, Yes, my Shogun.” Kyo sighs and gives Haru a hard stare.

Drasta Rash’dalin do you swear to uphold the codes and honor of this clan until your death?"

She gives him a deep bow for her misstep and says, “Yes, my Shogun.”

"Drasta Rash’dalin if by some misfortune your matron dies by any dereliction of duty of your own, do you swear to go with her in seppuku?"

She looks at Kyo with a bit of death and anger. “If Miwa dies, Yes, my Shogun!” He stands. Yoshie gives him a sheathed Tanto. Its sheath looks like an exact replica of Miwa's Kaiken. She watches it carefully.

He walks down in front of her. “Rise besshikime Drasta Rash’dalin.” Haru walks up with a case.

Drasta slowly stands being careful. He unsheathes the Tanto, "This tanto is a symbol of your rank and job in clan Barasume. You will wear it at all times on your body. This was a gift directly from the emperor himself. There is not another like it. (+5 tanto 2-16 cold damage, Shadowshield 1xday, stoneskin another 1xday, sense motive +15) He sheaths it and gives it to Haru who wraps it properly with Drasta’s hair.

Kyo next opens the kit. He places the two tessen in their places. Haru places two poisoned hair sticks in their places on Drasta’s head. (tessen 1 (1d4) 1-8 acid damage/1-8 bludgeoning +3 ac deflection.
tessen 2 (1d4) 1-8 positive damage/1-8 slashing damage +3 deflection) He then places a dozen daggers in hidden pockets inside the kimono.

“Besshikime Rash’dalin Welcome to the Besshikime ranks of clan Barasume.” She stands and bows. Kyo recognizes her and goes back to his throne. Drasta sits back down on her mat. Kyo again speaks. "Drasta Rash'dalin is the first elf inducted into the Barasume Besshikime ranks there will be a party after dinner. all interested Samurai are welcome to join............also all interested noblewomen."

Drasta looks to the women with a smile. The shogun says, “This court is dismissed.”

Drasta adds, “I will serve for many years. And i will honor what has been done today.” She gives a proper kneeling bow to Kyo and steps away.

Khzuro kept quiet, though the dinner and after party sound like perfect opportunities to receive more head pats still observing the proceedings.

Drasta scritches Khzuro’s head on the leaving of the court room. “Perhaps you helped me through this greater than you think.”

“I…did…?”

She smiles at him “You are something in this venture I did not expect.... Give your master an eldarin bow for me will you not.” Gives him a royal bow to return to his god.

He takes the bow, raising an eye ridge, before composing himself "Suppose there's a lot of things neither of us expected..."

“I would think so young kobold. I finally have met one who I can call a friend and eat a meal with perhaps even” She places a hand on his head and a gentle rub. “Be a friend of.”

Pauses to enjoy the head-pats. Lets his head be rubbed, then gives a nod in turn to Drasta. "It's... been an interesting time, that's for sure. But that does sound nice,"

At the party Drasta is the center of attention. Like a hare among foxes both male and female. She waves people off because it is not something to be celebrated in her culture. Khzuro mostly works to get every head pat possible observing the party going and the culture quietly.

Khzuro sees his dragon sitting at the side. Some talk to her from time to time. As the party winds down Kyo calls Drasta to his office.

As the party winds down Kyo shows up. He calls Drasta to the side waving suitors away. She nods and goes to where he is. The two of them walk through the halls for some time. As they do, he takes three letters out of his robes. “For my niece.”

She takes them and nods. One has an Imperial seal the others have Kyo’s seal on them. “So, you are now Besshikime. How does that feel Drasta of the Barasume clan?”

“Perhaps more trained and with some honor gained to myself and clan.”

“Remember it is a path to follow. Never a destination because it has no ending.”

“I do feel that as well.”

“You have pledge yourself to her family that is if she passes her testing. Afterward she will be Hojo. My court is primary school compared to the imperial court. You will face dangers at every turn. Do you think you are prepared?”

“I feel after this last battle it has prepared me much to what may come in the future.”

“This won’t be some adventure, Miss Drasta. At the imperial courts everyone has a dagger; and everyone has it aimed at someone else’s back.”

“Of course. I have noticed this on any courts I have attended.”

You come to a private shrine in the palace. the monks bow and make way for the two of you. The shrine is to the Bloom Lady. A patron god of the southern lowlands. He stares at the statue.” I do have a high regard form my niece though she was not brought up well and has....... problems in some areas. Protect her and do not dishonor the clan with your activities. You have spent a year here preparing, acclimating, and have emersed yourself in our culture. You are Kozakurian now. Never forget that.”

“I shall not forget this. And I will do everything to protect her.”

“Miwa Gozen will be reporting to the emperor or her direct superior in his ministry. You will report to me. I want to know what goes on. Especially when the welfare of the clan is directly involved. The more trade accepted the more we make in coin and honor. The two of you are in the west for a reason now. Let it not go unfruitful.”

“Indeed, I will gather as much information as possible and make detailed reports of course.”

“You understand your other mission?”

She nods, “Indeed, I do.”

“Any prospects must be noble and must not come from Kozakura. They must be willing to give up any titles and live in the imperial city. They will be outside members of the royal clan. That is the legal rules of this mission. I will advise you though. Find a good and decent man for her, Drasta. Miwa she will eventually Mirror her husband’s ways of thinking. If you find someone like her father, her bloodlust will only get stronger until that is all she becomes. Do you understand?”

“I do. I believe it will be a challenge, but I believe it will be feasible.”

“They are allowed to court her due to the conditions. She is a widow after all. However, anything serious whether she knows the man or not that you find is a good prospect send them to me. Noble marriages are different than peasant marriages. if the man gets through me, he will still have to get through the emperor. It will be a challenge. Especially for a foreigner looking to marry a noblewoman of Kozakura.”

“It will be interesting to find this one and a great challenge.”

“Do you have any questions besshikime?”

“I understand my task well; at this time, I do not have any questions.”

“Be at peace Drasta.” She bows. He recognizes her and leaves her at the shrine so that she may take in all that has happened. The next morning, she prepares herself and leaves, disappearing along the wooded paths behind the castle.

Re: The Kozakura Campaign

At the party Khzuro keeps on listening to the gossip at the party, trying to receive all of the head pats he tries to keep tabs on the going-ons... Drasta's party starts to wind down. Ibexis'czar seems to finish her talks among the party goers and sits down in a corner far from the revelers. Khzuro just keeps listening to the party guests, he'd rather not make a scene or potentially out her by going to her now.

People start to leave. Many give him head pats as they go. Kyo calls Drasta outside the Ballroom so to speak. There are only a few couples getting their things together to leave. Khzuro enjoys every head pat he can, picking up gossip along the way. He picks up on the mayor snookering Drasta out of her alcohol rights and other things he probably already knows about her. He keeps his ear to the ground, waiting until the party dies down.

It eventually does. He doesn’t pick up on much gossip other than who is sleeping with who and who may be needing a matchmaker soon. He doesn’t seem to understand all of it, but he listens regardless, at least until it's over and time for him to decide what to do next. Or at least waits until they're alone to speak with Ibexis'czar.

Everyone eventually leaves and it’s only the two of them in the room. He looks around, then gives her a nod. She waves him over. He approaches. “Oh, greetings, can this one assist you with anything?" He still pretends not to know her just in case there's anyone watching.

She speaks in draconic. "Come Khzuro sit. It seems you have had some grand adventures."

He goes to sit down, replying in Draconic "Can say that again... it's... a lot to tell. Just want to make sure you're comfortable here, before this one begins."

“I am though this form is........ Quite limiting. So, you have been out in the world for almost a year now. Do you have any questions or any mysteries of the human world you would like me to answer?”

He goes to montage style tell her of all the crazy adventures he's had among humans, it's been his mission, after all, but makes sure not to leave any pertinent details out. She takes it in then asks her question.

"A lot of things still don't make sense about them. Like their over-fixation on mating and mating etiquette. But this one has found their adherence to the ways of the Eight Million to at least be acceptable for the most part. They are constant sources of chaos but... still quite capable."

“Ah mating. Would you like an answer on that?”

"This one thinks they have an answer on it. They have chaotic urges. The societal rules are meant to keep them in check. It doesn't do it well, but it's better than the alternatives."

“There is more to it, Khzuro and it all has to do with their children and child rearing.”

"Suppose I never got to see much of that part. And doubt that Sadao's methods are normal."

“No, they are not. Sadao from what you have told was held in check by a wife he dearly loved. When that love was lost, He became insane to get it back and pursue his goals with what he had. He loved his children, but it was a twisted possessive love.”

"Indeed." A sigh "Ours have no such conflicts... but ours and they are different. Suppose this one figures you might have more questions for him, then?"

“First, I will explain what you do not get about humans and others with their mating habits.”

“8 million why?” He listens intently.

“You see it takes a decade or more to rear a human child and they need both father and mother to do it. To instill in the child all the things it needs for life. So, the gods and nature shaped them to this task.
The female never knows when she is in season so that a couple must try several weeks even months before she is with child. But that in itself makes the male more ready to stay with the female so that their child will be raised properly.

To re-enforce this idea the male and female are geared to mate when they can. Their drives are much keener than you or me. It is to re-enforce that bond between couples, so they stay together until all their children are raised. Now Sadeo should make more sense to you.”

He gives her a nod at that…

“Any other mysteries about the human world you have. I may not be able to answer all but some questions, yes?”

"Could likely spend days discussing their politics as well..." Considers "Still didn't like how Sei made a deal with the Yakuza. Do you think such a decision was for the best? Or at least acceptable for them given human limitations?"

“A good question. Sei saw a narrow path without looking outside of it and the repercussions this path would take. Was he wrong.......... I cannot say. He made a choice. What happens in the future on this village by the lake will tell if his choice was good. I will say by only looking at the narrow path he limited his choices. there could have been better ways where no one lost honor.”

A nod in turn. "Think this one would have actually preferred Drasta's way of handling that particular matter, but it is done. At... any rate, that's all the questions this one had for now."

She nods. “It is done and as you have seen that Kyo appointed him reagent of the village. Now if there is trouble it will be on Sei's head. Sei knows this. He will most likely then be a good reagent because his life depends upon it now.”

“Can hope so, at least.”

Kyo is a calculating Shogun. He saw potential in Sei. Sei did deal with the situation, but all the clan lost honor. Kyo could have taken his head. Instead, he forced Sei into a position to prove to him, He could gain honor back for the clan. He gave Sei a second shot to prove he could do it.”

Khzuro nods, listening.

“What of you Khzuro. What do you really think of this human world you have lived in?”

He pauses, thinking for a time. "This one... still finds it strange. And it seems so chaotic and often breaking the mandate of heaven." Khzuro pauses, considering. "But I have found worthy companions, even friends. Despite the strangeness, I don't regret what little participation I had in their affairs. Still find myself bothered by Ogano's death, despite thinking that given the odds and circumstances and everything, it was still a better outcome overall than what was likely for that mission this one lead."

“Death is a part of life, Khzuro. Your friend died as you will one day as even I will one day. Life itself is a great test to see if you are ready to go to the heavens or have to spend penance in the Hells before being reborn and trying again. Or just being reborn if you commit no great evils nor great goods. Remember that."

He gives her a nod, “Of course. So… what will you require of this one next?”

Another good question. "I will give you a choice. You may stay in the world of man now free from the bonds of the tribe........ or you may return home as an honored elder sharing your experiences and wisdom you have found here with the clan."

"Do you have a preference? This one and the tribe lives to serve you. Where would this one be of greatest value?"

“You have learned much, Khzuro. I cannot make this choice for you. This one your heart and soul needs to make for yourself.”

He blinks confusedly at that, seemingly astounded, he's quite used to his relationship with his god being one of following orders without question. "Would... not wish to separate from the tribe. Am one of them. And we serve you.... but..." Pauses, considering "You seem quite acquainted with the world of man too. Your duties often take you here, don't they?"

She nods "They do between slumbers."

"Doesn't sound like the choice need be a permanent one, if this one can roam in and out as needed for our duties to you."

She smiles, "You are always welcome to visit and stay with the tribe Khzuro. I would hope that you come from time to time to share with the tribe your experiences."

"Think I'd... prefer to remain with the tribe. Though this one, well, this one does have some duties to tend to here in the human world still. Was tasked by the Shogun to ensure Haruki actually finds someone who can properly tend to her. For the moment though, still would prefer to be where you need this one most."

She nods, "Then finish your duty to the shogun. I and the tribe will await your return with eager anticipation."

“Who knows, maybe I'll manifest a stronger teleportation spell that will make tending to duties within and without much easier."

"Well, if that is your instructions, then this one will carry them out to the best of his ability. Will go where he is needed. Am, looking forward to being able to return home. "Well, where to next, then?"

“To Dojyu for your last service to the humans. I will take you there.”

"Of course, and, thank you. Well, this should be easier to handle than fighting against a demon army, at least... here's hoping."

She leads him out of the palace and further up into the hills where she transforms into her true self. She picks him up and flies to the capital in a few hours. There she leaves him to perform his last task.

He goes off to check on Haruki… .... Ironic that his journey largely began and ended with her. Something about perfect book ends. Well, one more thing to do, then he can finally return to his tribe. It's been far too long. But maybe for the best. Kobolds are dutiful, after all...

After several more months Haruki and Arata finally go to the matchmaker. Haruki needs to wear clothing a few sizes larger but with most peasant marriages it is expected. Khzuro joins in the fun of the ceremony. After a time, they leave him alone to celebrate on their own.

Khzuro visits Shin, Masako, and Iwao several times. Often sleeping in their homes for the next 10 day. As the sun starts to set that last night, he sees Ibexis’czar in her human form walking to him.

She walks up and smiles. “I have heard your duties are complete, Khzuro.”

He nods, “They are.”

“Are you ready to go home. The tribe waits now in eager anticipation.”

“I am ready.” He looks around the area and takes a deep breath.”

She holds out her hand. “Then let us go home.”

He Takes it smiling up at her. The strange pair. Woman and Kobold, walk hand in hand and out of the gate. The last thing the gate guards here is the little kami saying with an air of satisfaction, “Home.”

For what the future will hold for them, who can say?

Re: The Kozakura Campaign

Post by Winterhawk99 »

This ends the Kozakura Campain.

We played the campaign for little over a year. Shalvaney, Max, and Kobra were great. For me it was a privilege to Dm them.

The next campaign will be dmed by Kobra. It started in Wa. Kozakura's sister country.

As a player I will write about it in my character's prospective. on the thread "She came from the Sea."

I hope those that read will enjoy and perhaps give you a few ideas in your own campaigns or with your own characters.

Thank you

Winter.
