Minotaur Invasion


Minotaurs entered the rangers cabin in the Vale. The dwarves fought valiantly and soon they got help from the brave Merrity Haverhill and the wise Tabitha Soulstriker. After the fight, the dwarves asked them to look into it. Just outside the door more minotaurs waited. After a fierce battle outside the door, our two heroes fought their way westwards past Alistas house towards where the forest gets denser.
Alista had fought two minotaurs and asked them to investigate and find out what this was all about.
Merrity and Tabitha fought their way westwards all the way to the Eldritch forest north east of Morzelmore. There the minotaurs had fortified themselves with mages and berserkers protecting the western shore of the lake.
After defeating the minos Tabitha made contact with a chicken that had witnessed minotaurs coming from west. They could not find any opening in the dense vegetation.
The trail ended there so they went back to report. The dwarves encouraged them to go back and investigate further. They figured that there must be a way that the minos got through.
Alista also told them that the grand minotaur maze was west of where they had been. She also gave them seeds and fertilizer if they found any holes in the forest that they could fill with new vegetation

Our friends went back to investigate further. They only met scattered resistance this time. They discovered something that looked like a portal that disappeared and returned. It was guarded by a minotaur mage. They also tried to grow new forest, but in vain. New minotaurs arrived from the portal. Then they tried to ask the manticores for help. Tabitha went over and approached one of them. They discovered they were both enemies of the minotaurs. So the manticore gave them some information. In return they promised to solve the problem. After some preparations they tried to go through the portal, and to their surprise it was open. They ended up in the grand minotaur maze. Where they found a portal guarded by two minotaur mages. After defeating the mages, they used a lever to turn off the portal. And then they destroyed the lever too. The minotaurs won’t be using that portal again.

After reporting back in the Vale the dwarves promised free drinks on the house, and a strange mage accompanying Alistra gave Merrity a better sword and a cooling bag. Tabitha also got a cooling bag, and a bag of holding.


Two adventurers, a druid and a warrior encountered heavy resistance when trying to move through the minotaur held area on their way to the village in the west.
They got the impression that the minotaurs are building up forces once more.
They told the captain of the village guards.
