Why these sets and not set 'x'?
The real answer to that question lies in the amount of available labor to get the sets out the door to you.
With limited time and people available AND willing to do the work, we chose the sets that would give the most uniqueness with the least amount of labor involved. These sets were also chosen early in the test phase, prior to us knowing exactly how many errors would be found in many of the tilesets that we are working on. Once we started fixing THESE sets, it didn't make sense to change the list around as we tested more of the sets.
So, these particular sets, initially appeared to have the least total amount of bugs needing to be addressed. As time has progressed, and we have learned more on tilesets and the testing side has improved, we have found that we probably should have chosen one or two replacements instead of going with this list but we didn't know that at the time we started fixing.
We have striven to give you the best that we can give with the resources we have available.
