I have reposted the Endlessquests c/o Ancient Dragon's compDcomp utility on the Vault - http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=Ot ... il&id=1312 - as the original download appears to be broken.
The package - put together by Bannor Bloodfist - also includes a copy of Torlack's nwnmdlcomp - which is required to run compDcomp.
compDcomp is a wrapper utility that provides a friendly user-interface, offering the ability to do mass compile and decompile operations using nwnmdlcomp. See the included ReadMe for exact details.
To install: unzip the contents of the archive to your untilites folder in NWN - which will install a folder named "NWN compDcomp" which contains everything needed to run the utillity.
