Hi, i normally play on dor maeglin. i want to start playing on anchorome. where can i currently find the cep that you use on anchorome?

The NWVault has them all:

Anchorome uses 2.1 if I remember correctly.

i downloaded the cep and now when i try to log on to anchorome i get "missing cep21_v1.tlk file". did i install the file wrong?

Just find the file, You may have extracted all the files into your hak folder etc...there are 4 .tlk files in their full release, just place all 4 into your tlk folder. nwn\tlk folder which should already exist.

Ok, i don't have a nwn\talk folder. do i need to make one?

The talk folder is within your nwn folder. You would not be able to play without one. Check for a folder called tlk within your nwn folder it should be between the texturepacks folder and the utils folder. When you find it put the cep2.1 tlk into the folder. That cep file does not look like a folder rather it should look like the small eye symbol of the neverwinter nights game.

Just to fix a small typo, it's the nwn/tlk folder, not the nwn/talk folder.

ok, i got the cep taken care of:) is there a place to get the proper ctp files all together? or do i have to find them individually?

All the files you need can be downloaded on the NWN vault. search for ctp release 1. Anch uses those files.
