Summary/Critique/Tips/Notes:
Perfect companion to Gothic Estates, also by Chandigar.
You can walk along upper balconies in this set! Very detailed, yet plain interior design. This set will require a builder to actually place objects into rooms etc, the walls, and floors have been kept pretty empty, deliberately, to give the builder the choice of how a room will be laid out and what furniture or other objects will be included.
Builders Note: If you decided to use the 2nd story balconies, you will have to provide area transitions to get from 1st floor to 2nd floor balconies. This will require a bit of duplication of your areas to prevent someone from noticing the room change. Be sure to place what ever placeables you use in BOTH rooms to make the switch as seemless as possible.

Note: This set is designed to be used with 2nd story enabled, it DOES have ceilings. Don't miss them. If you need the feeling of a closed in environment, enable the ceilings and adjust your camera down to 'follow mode'.
Also Note: There are unique placeables that go with this set and we have been promised by the CEP team that those placeables will included in the CEP 2.x which should be released about the same time as our first release. These placeables include potted plants, curtains for the walls and Gothic furniture. Too many too list here.
